Our Story

After years of living abroad, traveling, and building friendships across cultures, Aaron Svenby began noticing something.

The experiences that stayed with him weren't necessarily the famous places or beautiful landscapes.

They were the people.

Meals around tables. Conversations with friends. Learning from people whose lives looked completely different from his own. Helping when there was something useful he could offer — and discovering how much he received in return.

Those experiences became the beginning of Reciprocal World.

A simple idea:

What if more people traveled this way?

Not simply passing through a place, but slowing down long enough to know people, contribute something meaningful, and allow the experience to change them too.
